We believe that being apart of an organization teach valuable life skills, such as teamwork, leadership, and perseverance. That's why we are dedicated to providing the best environment to help athletes reach their full potential.
This organization is a non- profit team: we do not pay any of our administration it is strictly volunteer work.

responsible for overseeing all aspects of a cheerleading program, acting as the primary leader in skill development, and team culture. Expectations for the role span from technical instruction and choreography to administrative management, including managing tryouts, running practices and games, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with school and state regulations.
A co-coach (or assistant coach) in cheerleading works alongside the head coach to ensure the safety, skill development, and positive experience of the athletes. They are responsible for assisting with practices & planning, managing stunt groups, maintaining discipline, and fostering team spirit. Key expectations include maintaining a safe environment, demonstrating professionalism, and promoting inclusivity, helping when ever needed or sees fit during practices, games etc.
Cheerleading managers play a crucial behind-the-scenes role, acting as an assistant to the coaches to ensure practices, games, fundraisers and competitions run smoothly. They handle organization for the team, as well as money management, ordering uniforms etc. While they do not perform, they are expected to maintain the same level of professionalism, organization, and dedication as the athletes.
Cheer captains are expected to be leaders, role models, and liaisons between the coach and the squad, requiring a high level of responsibility, maturity, and commitment. They are expected to set the tone for the team through their attitude, performance, and behavior both on and off the field. Key duties include leading warm-ups, managing practices, and fostering a positive team environment.
Cheerleaders are expected to act as positive ambassadors for their team, displaying high energy, discipline, and good sportsmanship at all times. Key rules include maintaining a clean, uniform appearance, attending all practices, fundraisers and games, following strict safety guidelines for stunts, and keeping phones put away during games and practices.
Parents are generally expected to maintain a positive, supportive environment while respecting strict boundaries between parenting and coaching. Rules typically focus on professional conduct, financial responsibility, safety, and allowing coaches to manage the team without interference.
Our leadership programs offer youth a chance to develop their leadership skills and take on leadership roles in our organization. From organizing events to leading workshop, fundraiser's, games and practices, our youth leaders make a difference in our community.
We strive to host a variety of community events throughout the year to bring together youth and families in our community. From festivals, games to fundraisers and parent involved practices, there’s always something inclusive at the Midwest stingers.
We believe in giving back to our community. Our fundraiser give youth a chance to make a difference in the lives of others by volunteering and supporting local organizations By bagging groceries, washing cars etc. we believe in teaching our athletes hard work and *getting it on your own*
